You Already Use AI Every Day

Don't believe us? Let's find out!

Which of these uses AI?

What Is AI?

AI might sound fancy, but it works a lot like things you already understand.

Like a Recipe Book

A recipe book has step-by-step instructions for making meals. AI is similar: it follows patterns it learned to produce a result. Give it the right ingredients (your input), and it cooks up something useful.

Like Training a Pet

When you teach a dog to fetch, you repeat the game over and over until it gets it. AI learns the same way: it practices on tons of examples until it figures out what to do.

How AI Actually Works

Behind the Scenes: Machine Learning

Data Is the Fuel

Machine learning is the engine that powers AI. It needs massive amounts of data to learn from: billions of sentences, images, and examples. The more quality data it trains on, the smarter it gets.

Math Makes It Work

Here's the wild part: AI doesn't actually "understand" words. It turns everything into numbers and uses math to find patterns. That's how it can write poems, answer questions, and generate code.

AI calculates a score for each possible next word:

AI You Already Know

AI isn't just a futuristic idea. It's already all around you. From the music you stream to the games you play, these everyday tools are powered by artificial intelligence. Flip each card to see how AI works behind the scenes.

What Is Vibe Coding?

Vibe coding means describing what you want in plain English and having AI write the code for you.

Think of It Like This

You = The Architect You decide what to build
AI = The Builder AI writes the code

Planning Your Website

Before you start talking to AI, take a moment to plan. The best websites start with clear thinking, not code. Answer these five questions and you'll be ready to build something great.

Build Your Mood Board

Pick colors, fonts, and layouts that match the vibe you're going for. Click options or drag them to your board.

Prompt Engineering

Writing great prompts is a skill. Here are five techniques that will help you get better results from AI every time.

Be Specific

Tell the AI exactly what you want instead of being vague.

Create a landing page for a dog walking business with a hero section that has a photo background, a headline saying "Happy Paws Dog Walking", and a blue "Book Now" button.

Describe the Structure

Explain the layout and sections you want on the page.

Build a page with three sections stacked vertically: a navigation bar at the top with 4 links, a main area with a two-column grid of project cards, and a footer with social media icons.

Specify the Style

Describe colors, fonts, and the overall visual feel.

Use a dark purple background (#2d1b69), white text, rounded corners on all cards, and the font Inter for body text. Make it feel modern and clean.

Iterate

Ask for small changes instead of starting from scratch each time.

Change the "Book Now" button color from blue to green and make it slightly larger. Also add a subtle shadow underneath it.

Break It Down

Split big tasks into smaller steps the AI can handle one at a time.

Let's start with just the navigation bar. Make it sticky at the top with a logo on the left and four links on the right: Home, About, Projects, Contact.

See It In Action

Watch the difference between a vague prompt and a detailed one. Toggle between "Good Prompt" and "Bad Prompt" to see how specificity changes what the AI builds for you.
